Bayleaf FM is looking for a hands-on Specialist Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small, high-performing team delivering premium specialist cleaning services to our clients. This is a great opportunity for an experienced specialist cleaner ready to step up into a supervisory, client-facing role.
About the Role
You will be responsible for planning and delivering specialist cleaning jobs to an exceptional standard, ensuring client satisfaction on every visit. You will supervise a team of two, act as the main point of contact on site, and make sure each job is completed safely, efficiently and signed off by the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out specialist cleaning including carpet cleaning, hard floor cleaning, window cleaning (internal and external), high-level dusting and deep cleans.
- Ensure all work is delivered safely, following company procedures and site-specific risk assessments.
- Organise equipment, materials and vehicle loading to ensure jobs are delivered on time and to scope.
- Work flexibly across days, nights and weekends, with advance notice for scheduling.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in specialist cleaning, must include:
- Carpet cleaning
- Hard floor cleaning
- Internal and external window cleaning
- High-level dusting
- Deep cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Confident communicating with clients and leading small teams.
Requirements
- Full, valid UK driving licence (essential).
- Willing and able to work days, nights and weekends as required, with notice given in advance.
- Right to work in the UK.
