To assist with the smooth running of all contracts
Supervising the workforce and developing strong working relationships, both internally and externally
Ensuring that all delivery timescales and quality of work satisfy client and Pronin expectations
Delivering profitable contracts
Actively developing client relationships and promoting the Pronin business and brand
Deputising for Contracts Manager during any period of absence

TASKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN:
Carry out accurate site surveys to determine appropriate treatments, spread rates and degree of preparatory works necessary
Assist in the preparation of Health and Safety Plans for each contract prior to communicating content to operatives and obtaining necessary signatures
Assist in the development, review and updating of programmes, and take responsibility for daily whereabouts
Professional and documented communications with internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
Locate, manage and clear out material dump sites, as necessary and in a timely manner
Undertake regular (weekly) stock checks at all material storage areas
Plan for and actively supervise all contracts, including the provision of all labour, materials and plant, including the ordering of materials
Manage complaints from the clients and public, ensuring that they are suitably recorded and closed out
Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed
Carry out regular Site Safety, Quality and Environmental Audits as required
Raise non-conformances for all works/incidents not meeting safety, quality environmental, or Pronin standards
Check crew measure sheets for accuracy
Carry out periodic check measures for all crews
Carry out Company Inductions for all new starters, also tool box talks and safety briefings
Carry out Contract Specific Inductions prior to the commencement of all contracts
Ensure all operatives are trained and competent to undertake the given tasks
Identify any training requirements for operatives
Ensure all contracting crews are adequately supervised
Ensure that all agreed works are to agreed standards, that sites have been left tidy and that no additional works have been carried out
Contribute to Management Meetings, and assist in the development of Management Systems, as required.
Any other duties across the Pronin business, as necessary
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
