Sales Advisor
Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission
We’re looking for a driven and confident Sales Advisor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with warm, live leads.
The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients who have already expressed interest. Your role is to understand their situation, guide them through the process, and package their case ready to be sent to our panel of trusted law firms.
Key Responsibilities
* Speak with live inbound leads (no cold calling)
* Build rapport and gather key information about each case
* Assess suitability and package cases accurately and professionally
* Liaise with internal teams and submit cases to our panel of law firms
* Maintain high levels of customer service and compliance
* Work towards and exceed sales targets
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Confident, persuasive, and target-driven mindset
* Excellent attention to detail when handling case information
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
