The Role:
We’re looking for a fun, ambitious, and motivated Internal Sales Administrator to join our vibrant sales team. You’ll support our external Sales Team, respond to customer enquiries, and help drive sales through proactive communication and a can-do attitude.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who’s hungry to learn, enjoys building relationships, and wants to earn more the more they do!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support external sales colleagues and stay on top of sales performance in your region
- Create quotes and process orders using SAP and MS Office
- Make outbound calls to generate new business and book meetings
- Speak directly with customers, offering advice and top-notch service
- Help customers choose the right solutions from our extensive product range
- Use CRM tools to track interactions, leads, and opportunities
- Work with other departments to answer queries and keep everything running smoothly
- Build relationships with key accounts and help grow their business
- Occasionally help coordinate travel for our sales team (and even visit Germany/France for training!)
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player who brings good vibes to the office
- Someone who’s driven by success and wants to earn more by doing more
- At least 4 years of internal sales or telesales experience
- Confident using MS Office, SAP, and CRM systems
- A great communicator who enjoys talking to people and solving problems
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in technical sales or sold to manufacturing sectors
