- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area, including counters, tables, and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards at all times.
- Assist in restocking supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner to enhance their overall experience.
Skills
- Proven Barista experience with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and procedures.
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to assist with food preparation when required, maintaining hygiene standards.
- Good basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods.
