What You’ll Bring:
- QTS and experience teaching English at secondary level
- Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management
- A passion for literature and developing students’ confidence in reading, writing, and speaking
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a student-centred approach
- A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
