We care about doing the basics properly.
We’re looking for Front of House Team Members to join the team at Arran’s. You’ll be the face of Arran’s day to day. Serving customers, making drinks, packing orders, and keeping service moving from open to close.
THE ROLE:
You’ll be part of a fast, organised team where everyone understands the flow of service and helps out where needed. Coffee, tills, packing, delivery flow, you’ll be involved in all of it.
We keep things organised, work quickly, and keep standards consistent across the day.
We think you’ll be good at this if you:
- Have experience in hospitality, coffee shops, or quick service environments
- Barista experience (essential)
- Stay calm when it gets busy and keep pace with service
- Care about consistency, quality, and doing things properly
- Work well in a team and communicate clearly
- Are quick, organised, and happy to get stuck in wherever needed
- Understand the importance of cleanliness and food safety
