As part of the growing Olidor Group, we're a fast-paced, passionate bakery manufacturer supplying premium artisan sweet bakery treats to the food service and retail sectors and we're looking for reliable, enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our team.
This is a great opportunity to join our friendly team, helping produce our award-winning artisan sweet products and a mouth watering selection of cakes and biscuits.
You'll have the opportunity to work across different production areas, which could include:
- Following recipes and production instructions accurately
- Preparing, baking and finishing a variety of bakery products
- Packing and dispatching products ready for our customers
- Keeping your work area clean and tidy throughout your shift (clean-as-you-go)
- Ensuring only in-date, approved ingredients are used
Experience in any of these areas is an advantage, but full training will be given to the right candidates.
Our Production Operatives work set shifts Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm.

Hourly Rate: £12.75 per hour, Monthly Pay
Working Arrangements: Monday – Friday, 6am - 2pm or 2pm – 10pm shifts available, fully onsite.
