New Way Recruitment is proud to be supporting the search for a compassionate and driven Registered Manager to lead a well-established adult care service. This is a pivotal leadership role, ideal for an experienced manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care and empowering both residents and staff to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strong, values-led leadership, fostering a culture of dignity, respect, and compassion
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high-quality standards across the service
Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team, promoting continuous professional growth
Oversee care planning, ensuring tailored, person-centred support for all residents
Manage budgets effectively while maintaining quality care delivery
Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and external stakeholders
Drive service improvement initiatives and maintain excellent occupancy levels
Ensure safeguarding practices are robust, transparent, and consistently applied
Requirements
Proven experience as a Registered Manager within adult social care
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
Demonstrable leadership, organisational, and communication skills
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and improving lives
