Main duties, tasks & skills required
To be the first point of contact either face to face to answering incoming calls to patients, referrers, visitors, carers and other members of staff on a daily basis. The booking of radiology appointments involves long periods of concentration where accuracy is essential to ensure the patient receives the relevant appointment with the correct corresponding information and preparation.
