Duties
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during night hours with professionalism and warmth
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with excellent customer service skills
- Conduct night audit procedures
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, patrolling premises, and controlling access points to safeguard guests and staff
- Handle phone systems with courteous phone etiquette to respond to guest requests or internal communications
- Address guest concerns promptly, providing solutions or escalating issues as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
- Support hotel management with administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting incidents, and updating guest information
Experience
- Strong background in guest services, guest relations, and customer support within a hospitality setting
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of security protocols and resort operations will be considered an asset
