Responsibilities
- Assist prospective tenants with property viewings and provide detailed information about available rentals
- Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in person, maintaining professional communication at all times
- Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all documentation complies with legal requirements
- Conduct market research to stay informed about local rental trends and property values
- Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities and client interactions using organisational tools
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating listings, and handling correspondence
- Foster positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and external agencies to promote ongoing business opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within property or sales sectors
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional manner
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A confident approach to negotiation and problem-solving
- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Full UK Driving Licence
