About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Soft Play Café Supervisor to join our team. This hands-on role involves overseeing both the café and the soft play area, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations across the café and soft play areas.
- Lead and support team members to deliver excellent service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the venue.
- Manage opening and closing duties, cash handling, and stock control.
- Prepare and serve high-quality drinks, including barista-style coffees.
- Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for families and children.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
About You:
- Proven supervisory experience in hospitality or leisure environments.
- Experience working with or around children is highly desirable.
- Confident barista skills and café experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach.
- A team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Ambition to grow and develop within an expanding business.
