About the Role
You will be teaching a KS2 class, delivering engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum. The role involves inspiring pupils to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality KS2 lessons across the curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Assess, track, and support pupil progress effectively
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers
- Contribute to the wider school community and enrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience teaching within KS2 (ECTs are welcome to apply)
- Strong classroom management skills
- A creative and adaptable teaching approach
- High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
- A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
