Multi drop driver
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work with DPD in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
Duties
- Safely operate commercial van to deliver goods to clients and customers.
- Plan delivery routes efficiently to optimise time and fuel consumption.
- Load and unload items and ensuring the securement of cargo during transit.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met.
- Adhere strictly to all road safety regulations and company policies throughout all driving activities.
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with knowledge of commercial driving practices.
- Strong driving skills with not more then 6 point.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Ability to navigate using GPS devices or maps accurately.
- Physical fitness to load/unload goods and perform routine vehicle checks. This role is ideal for candidates who are organised, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent service while prioritising safety on the road.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £100.00-£180.00 per day
