Project Manager - Engineering and Construction
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a well-established and growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the successful delivery of projects.
Working closely with clients, site teams and senior management, you will take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing projects from initial planning through to completion
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers throughout project delivery
- Monitoring project programmes and ensuring works are completed on schedule
- Managing project budgets and resources effectively
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and maintaining strong working relationships
- Supporting the commercial and operational aspects of projects
- Resolving issues and ensuring projects continue to progress smoothly
- Ensuring all works are delivered in line with health and safety requirements and company procedures
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience managing or coordinating construction projects
- Experience leading teams, subcontractors or site-based operatives
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of project delivery
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of projects
- Looking to develop and progress within a growing business
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
