We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team this summer season. You would be required to work Wednesday to Sunday.
You will be required to assist the head chef whilst being responsible for your own work station. You will be required to prepare and serve food to a high standard. Understanding and practicing food hygiene procedures is essential and good communication skills are key.
Previous kitchen experience is essential but professional qualifications are not necessarily required.
Hourly rate dependant on experience.
Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
Additional Duties:
- Recording food temperatures
