We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping employees succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administration.
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification.
- Experience using HRIS or applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
