Sign Fitter – Leeds | £15.50 p/h + Overtime + Van | Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sign Fitter to join a well-established and highly regarded signage company with a strong reputation across the UK and Ireland.
With decades of experience in the signage sector, our client confidently supports a wide range of clients across multiple industries, delivering high-quality installations on projects nationwide. With multiple offices and a growing project pipeline, they are now looking to expand their installation team.
The Role:
This position will be based around the Leeds area, working as part of a 2-person crew on a variety of installation projects. A key focus of the role will be petrol station signage, so experience working in similar environments or on fast-paced, customer-facing sites would be highly advantageous.
You will be expected to take the lead on-site, ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, while maintaining strong communication with both clients and your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of a wide range of signage, including petrol station signage
- Leading on-site installations as part of a 2-person team
- Liaising with clients and site contacts
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
- Working away when required on projects across the UK
Requirements:
- Proven experience within the signage installation industry
- Strong background working within the retail or similar sectors
- Valid CSCS, IPAF, PASMA and SPA cards
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Ability to lead jobs and work independently on-site
- Willingness to travel and stay away when required
