Gallagher is looking for an experienced Account Handler to join its growing SME Insurance team in Brierley Hill. If you are someone with commercial account handling experience and now wants bigger opportunities, stronger backing and clear routes to develop within a global organisation apply today.
You will support SME clients through renewals and mid-term adjustments, gathering accurate information and preparing quotations. You will follow up on new and existing business, explore alternative quotes where appropriate, liaise with third party insurers and ensure all customer data is recorded correctly on the system.

What we are looking for
- Commercial account handling experience is preferred, although candidates from wider regulated financial services are encouraged to apply.
- Around one to two years of personal lines experience is desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Good risk awareness with organised and analytical thinking.
- Confidence in identifying upselling opportunities.
