The Role:
As a Pension Transfer Advisor, you will provide high-quality, compliant financial advice to clients considering transferring their pensions, ensuring all recommendations are in the client’s best interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regulated advice on pension transfers, including DB to DC transfers
- Conduct full client fact-finds and assess suitability of recommendations
- Prepare and present detailed, compliant reports
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Ensure all advice meets FCA regulatory standards
- Work collaboratively with support teams
About You
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice
- AF3 / G60 / Pension Transfer Specialist qualification
- Proven experience advising on pension transfers
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach
