About the Role – What You’ll Do
As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how our brands are seen, experienced, and remembered. You’ll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive awareness, guest engagement, and commercial performance across multiple venues.
You will:

Lead and execute tailored marketing plans for each brand, aligned with business goals

Drive digital, social media, and content strategies to increase visibility and bookings

Oversee the creation of marketing assets, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels

Collaborate closely with operations and senior stakeholders to align marketing with guest experience

Manage agency relationships and third-party partners to deliver impactful campaigns

Monitor campaign performance, using data and insights to continuously optimise results

Bring fresh ideas and creative direction to elevate brand storytelling and positioning

Mentor and support a small marketing team, fostering creativity and growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role within luxury hospitality or high-end F&B

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, brand, and campaign execution

A creative yet commercially minded professional who understands how marketing drives revenue

Experience managing multiple brands or sites with tailored marketing approaches

Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
