The role of French Speaking Customer Service Advisor:
- Managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries in French and English
- Building and maintaining strong customer and client relationships

- Processing orders, handling queries, and resolving issues efficiently
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems
The ideal French Speaking Customer Service Advisor:
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Previous customer service or sales experience desirable
