Apprenticeship: Recruiter Level 3
Working hours: 8:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
Start date: ASAP
Pay: £8 per hour

Requirements:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Good organisational skills and attention to detail
· A proactive and positive attitude
· Willingness to learn and develop new skills
· Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
· Assisting with sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and databases
· Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews
· Supporting the recruitment process, including arranging interviews and managing candidate communications
· Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
· Writing and posting job adverts
· Maintaining accurate records on the company database/CRM system
· Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
· Developing knowledge of the trades and construction industry
Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
- To not already hold a recruitment qualification at level 3 or above
- To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
- To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
