Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Assist with assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to ensure a safe working environment
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements
- Complete accurate documentation related to production activities and quality checks
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets
Skills
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to safety protocols
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic numeracy skills for recording data accurately
- Physically fit, capable of standing for extended periods and performing manual tasks as required
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if necessary
