Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods efficiently and safely to multiple locations within designated areas. Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods to multiple customers across the region.
- Plan delivery routes to optimise efficiency and timeliness.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and in accordance with customer requirements.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods, which may involve heavy lifting.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proof of delivery as required.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules or issues.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations during deliveries.
Experience
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably within a commercial or warehouse environment.
- Valid <PERSON> driver licence with a clean driving record.
- Experience with heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
- Strong communication skills, capable of liaising professionally with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of local roads and navigation systems is advantageous.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is desirable but not essential. This role is ideal for organised individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy driving, and take pride in providing excellent customer service.
Pay: £97.68-£130.00 per day
