Drive new business development, identifying and securing opportunities with new and existing clients
Build and execute a strategic sales plan to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
Develop and manage a strong, well-qualified sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events
Build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, client needs, and competitor activity
Work closely with marketing to develop compelling campaigns and proposals that support overall business development
Represent Asper Technologies professionally at industry events and client meetings
Required Skills
Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within technology, software, or professional services
Confidence selling a modern technology portfolio spanning AI-powered business applications, web and app development, and cloud infrastructure
Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, Oracle enterprise applications and cloud solutions as part of a broader technology offering
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities, particularly with SMEs and growing businesses looking to modernise their operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
A natural relationship-builder who fosters trust and long-term client loyalty
Ability to grasp and clearly articulate how AI automation, cloud platforms, and custom applications solve real business problems, enough to engage credibly with both business and technical buyers
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the discipline to manage your own pipeline in a remote-first environment
Comfortable working collaboratively across teams, despite being based remotely
Desirable Experience
Experience selling technology, software, or digital transformation solutions
An existing network of relevant industry contacts
Experience working within a growing or scale-up business
