Lettings Valuer/Lister - Bognor, Sussex
The Package
Basic Salary: £23,000 (+ additional guaranteed earnings for a fixed period)
Realistic Earnings (including commission): £35,000
Car Allowance: £2,500 OR Company Car - Essential - a full Driving License
Work Pattern: 5 days a week (incl. some Saturdays - 2 on, 1 off)

The Job:
Provide expert marketing and advice to landlords to secure the best rental price
List properties, generate new leads and build local market expertise
Match tenants to properties and assist with lettings operations
Support and inspire your team - step in for the Lettings Manager when needed
The Person:
Proven success in converting valuations into listings
Motivated, energetic and passionate about real estate
Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Loves helping people find their perfect home
Full driving license required
