We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Helens Bay, Bangor Northern Ireland. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our patients receive outstanding service, hospitality and support throughout their dental experience, contributing to our commitment to quality care.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage patient appointments and maintain an organized schedule.
- Provide information about dental procedures and services to patients.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Assist with billing and insurance verification processes.
- Support the overall efficiency of the dental practice.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality role or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using office software and scheduling tools.
