We are recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to be responsible for managing a portfolio of prestigious contracts in Central London.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous management experience in managing a range of cleaning and soft services in mid-large prestigious properties in Central London
Have extensive knowledge and experience of the Cleaning/FM industry
Have a proven track record in implementing a range of innovations to enhance service
Have extensive knowledge and experience in the use of machinery and cleaning equipment
Have excellent communication skills
Have excellent organisational skills
Have experience in managing people
Is proficient in a range of IT systems
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Be positive and enthusiastic
Be flexible and work around the needs of the business
