We`re looking to welcome a pro-active, organised individual, with a real passion for recruitment to come and join the existing HR team as an internal Recruiter.
You`ll be responsible for the full recruitment and onboarding process for our home care staff.
This will include advertising vacancies, prescreening and interviewing applicants, completing pre-employment and right to work checks, and managing the onboarding of new employees through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal IT systems.
You`ll also be building networks and relationships with the local job centres, colleges and universities.
A driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential as you`ll be attending careers fairs, and job events in the area to actively promote the sector, and careers in social care.
