We are a small, family run, Mental Health and Learning Disability Residential Care Home.
The applicant must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Ideally, you will have experience of working with people with Mental Health Illness and Learning Disabilities.
You will preferably have an NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care. The ability to be well organised and keep accurate records is a must.
This role is subject to Enhanced Disclosure. There is some lone working and the applicant will be required to undertake sleep ins (paid at £65.00), together with some weekend working.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who wants to make a positive impact to the running of our home.
