Your Role as Front Of House at Mount Croft
In this influential and rewarding role, you will help shape the highest standard of care by:
· To process all non-clinical administration that will include invoicing, admissions, discharge, banking and finance etc,
· To ensure employees of the Care Home receive appropriate induction, training and support to fulfil the obligations of their job description,
· Assist the Registered Manager to maintain a robust quality assurance system by means of audits and feedback of outcomes to relevant staff groups,
· To create, update and maintain personnel records
· To prepare appraisals and organise supervisions on behalf of the registered manager.

Position available:
Front Of House 9am-5pm
Monday - Friday
You will bring:
· Administration or reception experience - preferred
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· A genuine passion for supporting older adults
· A professional, positive and proactive approach to the role
