Pay: £25,000 - £35,000

The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their Quantity Surveying career to join a busy commercial team. You'll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, assisting with valuations, subcontractor packages, cost reporting, variations, final accounts and contract administration. Working closely with senior commercial staff, you'll develop the skills and experience needed to build a successful long-term career in Quantity Surveying.
Positive Signs on your CV:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Surveying or similar
- Understanding of construction methods and commercial principles
- Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills
