About Coyo Taco
Address: Central London — Orchard Place, SW1 (1 minute from St James's Park station)
Coyo Taco started as a little taco shop in Wynwood, Miami in 2014 and is now a global brand with sites across the US, Portugal, Paris, Panama and the Dominican Republic. London is next.
Our motto is simple: todo es fresco — everything fresh. Tortillas hand-pressed daily. Guacamole smashed to order. Proteins responsibly sourced. We do modern Mexican street food properly, in a place that's loud, friendly and fast — with a late-night bar tucked away once the kitchen winds down.
This summer we open our first UK site in central London. We're putting the team together now — and we want energy, hands-on attitude and people who genuinely love hospitality.
The role
This is the role that makes Coyo, well, Coyo. As a Team Member you're on the floor — greeting, taking orders, running food, clearing, resetting, smiling, helping. We don't believe in stiff service; we believe in fast, friendly, and being properly present with every guest.
Full time - Mon–Sun rota, 30–45 hours per week, across lunch, dinner and weekend service
Part time - Mon–Sun rota, up to 20 hours per week, mix of evenings and weekends
What you'll do
- Welcome guests like you've known them for years
- Take orders accurately, including allergens — every time
- Run food from the pass to the table, fast and hot
- Clear and reset tables between covers
- Keep the floor and stations spotlessly clean
- Help your colleagues without being asked
- Be the energy in the room
What you'll bring
- Some hospitality experience is great — but if this is your first job and you've got the energy, we'll train you
- A genuine love of being around people
- Speed and the ability to keep your head when service is busy
- Allergen awareness (we'll train you on the detail)
- Right to work in the UK
