The Role
You will play a key role in driving new business, building lasting client relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out accurate and well-researched sales and lettings valuations, converting opportunities into instructions
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of local market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activity
- Preparing contracts, measuring properties, and launching new instructions across all platforms
- Registering and matching buyers, tenants, and vendors to suitable properties
- Conducting high-quality property viewings and guiding clients through the full sales and lettings process
- Negotiating offers and supporting smooth transactions for all parties
- Re-engaging previous applicants, vendors, and landlords to maximise opportunities
- Building strong, ongoing relationships through regular client contact and market updates
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to generate leads and exceed targets
- Promoting additional services such as insurance and financial products
- Liaising with solicitors, conveyancers, lenders, and surveyors to progress transactions
- Supporting the business through social media activity and local brand promotion
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in residential sales and lettings valuations
- Strong understanding of the local property market
- Confident IT skills and comfortable using social media professionally
- A motivated, self-driven attitude with a strong work ethic
- Professional, personable, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
