Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Soft Play Supervisor to oversee our vibrant indoor play area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for children and guests, providing excellent guest services, and managing daily operations. Responsibilities
- Supervise children and guests within the soft play area, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed at all times.
- Provide exceptional guest services by engaging with children and parents, addressing their needs, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Oversee daily operations of the soft play zone, including opening and closing procedures.
- delegate tasks, and support team members to ensure smooth functioning of the facility.
- Monitor equipment condition, report maintenance issues promptly, and ensure cleanliness of the play area.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, including sanitisation procedures and capacity limits.
- Handle guest queries or concerns professionally, resolving issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Organise activities or special events within the soft play area to enhance visitor experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within hospitality or childcare environments is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment while maintaining attention to safety standards.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and visitors alike.
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and school holidays if required.
- A genuine interest in working with children and creating positive experiences for families.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
