About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach A-Level and/or Further Mathematics at Key Stage 5.
- Delivering differentiated lessons to small classes (typically 12–15 pupils), inspiring students through both theoretical study and real-world applications of math.
- Developing students’ analytical skills and contributing to the evolution of the STEM curriculum.
- Leading or supporting co-curricular enrichment, such as Maths Olympiads, coding clubs, or senior math challenges.
- Maintaining a high-engagement classroom environment that fosters confidence and a love for the subject.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Maths Teacher who is passionate about their subject and committed to inspiring the next generation of mathematicians, engineers, and problem-solvers.
- A strong honours degree in Mathematics or a related quantitative field (e.g., Engineering or Physics).
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (significant experience in the independent sector is highly valued).
- Outstanding subject knowledge with the ability to stretch high-attaining pupils at A-Level.
- The ability to build positive, professional relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
