Digital Press Operator

I’m currently working with a well-established print business looking to add an experienced Digital Press Operator to their production team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with digital print experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with high quality standards and modern equipment.
The Role
- Operating digital presses in line with job specifications and production schedules
- Monitoring print quality and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
- Carrying out routine maintenance and supporting press uptime
- Recording and reducing reprints and wastage
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the digital department
- Working closely with repro, finishing, and production teams
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience operating digital printing equipment
- Knowledge of HP Indigo Series 3 and/or Series 4 preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Proactive approach to maintenance, housekeeping, and continuous improvement
- Able to work under pressure in a busy production environment
