Who is Our Client?
Our client is a sales and marketing company based in London, representing national brands through face-to-face customer acquisition across residential campaigns.
Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for individuals to join as Field Sales Associates.
This is a full-time, subcontracted role where all successful candidates receive structured training once they start, with ongoing support provided.
Requirements
No prior sales experience is required; we value "people-focused” candidates from retail, hospitality (waiting staff/bar work), or customer service backgrounds.
- Availability: Full-time (Monday–Friday).
- Communication: Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and social approach.
- Professionalism: Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
- Commutable: Ability to travel to the London office daily.

The Role at a Glance:
- Daily Briefings & Training: Attend morning team meetings at the London office for coaching, goal setting and ongoing development
- Brand Representation: Act as the face of major brands in residential environments.
- Customer Engagement & Sales: Speak with customers face-to-face, explain services clearly and guide them through the full sign-up process
- Territory Work: Follow daily plans within assigned areas to maximise customer interaction and ensure consistent brand coverage
- Customer Experience & Reporting: Deliver high-quality customer interactions while tracking results and completing basic performance updates

Please Note:
As a subcontracted Associate, you manage your own Tax/NI with the benefit of claiming business-related expenses. Your income is performance-linked (Brand Awareness Fee + Commission + Incentives/Bonuses), offering the opportunity to exceed traditional entry-level salaries.
Pay: £490.00-£650.00 per week
