This is a full-time office-based position. Due to the collaborative and hands-on nature of the role, including content creation, photography, videography, campaign planning and cross-department collaboration, remote or hybrid working is not available.
Overview
- A unique opportunity to join a luxury menswear retailer as a Marketing & Creative Content Executive. Reporting directly to the Ecommerce & Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for planning, creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, retail, and brand channels.
- The role combines creative design, content production, campaign management, photography, video creation and brand development to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and commercial growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders and multiple departments across the business, you will play a key role in shaping the brand's marketing activity, creative direction, and customer communications across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Marketing Strategy
- Plan and execute seasonal Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing activities around key retail calendar events through integrated campaign series.
- Support the development of marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Create campaign concepts that align with business objectives and brand positioning.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness through creative initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create and oversee the weekly social media content plan across all channels.
- Create and manage photography, video, and graphic content for social media.
- Develop engaging social campaigns that promote products, services, and brand storytelling.
- Write scripts, film, and edit social media video content.
- Monitor content performance and make recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
- Ensure content remains aligned with the brand’s tone of voice and visual identity.
- Capture and create content during in-store events, brand activations, and external events where required.
Email Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Plan, design, and deploy email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo.
- Develop campaign content that supports online sales and customer retention.
- Create seasonal and promotional email campaigns in line with the marketing calendar.
- Maintain high standards of quality control across all email communications.
Creative Design & Asset Production
- Design seasonal in-store POS materials and promotional print campaigns.
- Create digital web banners and marketing assets for ecommerce channels.
- Produce creative assets for paid social advertising and brand campaigns.
- Adapt campaign creative across multiple customer touchpoints while maintaining consistency.
- Support the creation and management of brand assets across the business.
Photography, Video & Creative Direction
- Organise, plan and support campaign and studio photography shoots.
- Oversee product styling for studio photography and seasonal campaigns.
- Edit photography and video content for use across digital, social, and email channels.
- Support campaign location planning and creative direction.
- Ensure all visual content reflects the premium positioning of the brand.
Brand Development & Partnerships
- Support collaborations, partnerships, and competitions that increase brand visibility.
- Provide creative ideas that strengthen customer engagement and brand perception.
- Act as a brand guardian across marketing communications and creative output.
- Help evolve the visual presentation and storytelling of the brand across all channels.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Collaborate with departments across the business on ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Work closely with ecommerce, retail, and senior leadership teams to support commercial objectives.
- Assist in delivering projects that improve customer experience and business performance.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Present campaign ideas, creative concepts, and marketing initiatives to directors and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards.
- Take ownership of campaign delivery from concept through execution.
- Contribute to business growth through strategic marketing and creative thinking.
About You
- This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple creative disciplines. The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between campaign planning, content creation, photography, videography, design, email marketing, and social media, while maintaining a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
Essential
- Strong experience with Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience creating content across social media, email, digital, and print channels.
- Confident in photography, videography and content editing, with experience planning and supporting both studio and location shoots.
- Ability to film and edit content using both mobile devices and professional equipment for use across social media, ecommerce, and marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and customer engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how creative content supports business growth.
- Confident presenting ideas and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred
- Experience within fashion, luxury retail or ecommerce.
- Experience using Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
- Understanding HTML and ecommerce content management systems.
- Experience supporting creative direction for campaigns and photoshoots.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in content creation, AI-assisted creative tools, and digital marketing.
- Experience with using Shopify
- Experience managing Meta, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok channels
