Bookkeeper required to administer to the accounts and payroll of a retail garden centre in Rouken Glen. Part-Time position based over three to fours days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday are essential), approximately 6 hours per day.
Duties
- Bank reconciliation
- Processing purchase invoices through approval and payment
- Data entry of purchase ledger transactions and Journals
- Data entry of sales ledger transactions and journals
- VAT Returns
- Maintain Cashbooks
- Prepare and post bank payments and receipts (bank feed setup in place)
- Run payroll
- Sage Accounts experience is essential
- Payroll experience is essential
