The Role
S.A.W Resourcing Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Services Assistant on behalf of our clients based in Melton Mowbray to start from 22nd June 2026. The main duties of the role include:-
- Answering incoming telephone calls from customers/ clients wishing to place an order or enquire about products, services, delivery or complaints.
- Responding to customer emails in a professional and polite manner.
- Taking payments over the telephone
- Dealing with all enquiries on products and services
This is a temporary role until approx. January 2027.
Available start dates currently:
- 22nd June
- 27th June
- 10th August
The Hours
- Full Time - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 in 3 or 4 Saturdays, however full weekend availability is required for cover (just in case) 5 days per week. You must also be available for August bank holiday.
- PART TIME evening shifts also available 4pm -8pm Monday to Friday and 9-5 occasional Saturdays. Training for the first week is 9:30am-1:30pm.
Your Profile
In order to be considered for our role of Customer Service Assistant, you must:
- Consider yourself friendly, bubbly, approachable and a generally nice person to work with, an excellent telephone manner and be IT literate.
- You will be available untilJanuary with no annual leave booked.
- Due to the location of the role, you will ideally have your own reliable transport.
- You must be able to commit at least until mid-september (but ideally until January).
The Pay
£12.71 per hour + Holiday Pay
