Summary
As a TA2b at Scorton, you will:
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality learning experiences tailored to the EYFS and KS1 curriculum.
- Support our Pre-school provision, ensuring our youngest learners feel safe, confident, and engaged.
- Lead small group interventions to boost progress in Phonics, Literacy, and Numeracy.
- Utilize our beautiful rural surroundings to support outdoor learning and play.
- Maintain a stimulating and organized classroom environment that encourages independent exploration.
- Provide short-term cover for the class when required, maintaining continuity for the children.

Essential Qualifications

Holds an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant childcare or education qualification.
