Front of House Staff – Newly Opening Coffee Shop & Wine Bar
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and dedicated Front of House Staff to join the team at our newly opening coffee shop and wine bar. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional approach.
- Assist with seating guests and managing reservations.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar team.
- Serve food and beverages to a high standard.
- Prepare food and drinks in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure all food hygiene and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting front of house, including tables, service stations, and customer areas.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the till system.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and food safety is desirable.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- A reliable team player with a flexible approach to work.

Training Information
Successful applicants will be required to attend training at our Cleethorpes location before the new venue opens. Training is expected to last approximately 3–7 days, depending on previous experience and individual progress. This will provide you with the knowledge and confidence needed to deliver the high standards of service we pride ourselves on from day one.
