Responsibilities

- Coordinate reservations, bookings, and event arrangements to optimise guest satisfaction
- Support the management team in organising daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, seeking prompt resolution
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and public spaces
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and reporting
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and guest services
Requirements
- Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is highly desirable
