What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with the manufacture of metal products
Learning how to work with laser cutting, sheet metal, fabrication, and assembly processes
Operating production equipment (full training provided)
Preparing and packing customer orders
Supporting different departments across the factory
Maintaining a safe and tidy work area
What We're Looking For
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good timekeeping and reliability
Ability to work well as part of a team
Keen to develop practical skills
Motivated and hardworking
No manufacturing experience is necessary – attitude and enthusiasm are more important than experience.
