PURPOSE
No1 Lounges is the UK’s leading independent airport lounge provider, with four distinctive lounge brands: No1 Lounges, Clubrooms, My Lounge and Club Aspire. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive person to join the Supply Chain team. To manage the physical supply chain, ensuring the efficient coordination of logistics, transportation, and inventory across all locations.
The role is responsible for delivering reliable, timely movement of goods and equipment, supporting smooth day-to-day operations across the network.
This includes working closely with suppliers, warehouses, and site teams to ensure a consistent and dependable flow of goods into lounges, maintaining delivery schedules and service standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and distribution routes
- Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and airport consolidation centres
- Manage warehouse and remote storage inventory
- Oversee pick & pack operations and stock movements
- Maintain catalogue of goods, assets, and equipment
- Source front and back of house equipment and facilitate equipment purchasing in line with approved budgets
- Own and manage the full drinks equipment estate (e.g. coffee machines, water systems, post-mix units), including supplier relationships, servicing contracts, SLAs, maintenance, and installation to ensure availability, performance, and compliance with brand standards
- Coordinate asset transfers between locations
- Support any new site openings and refurbishments from a logistics perspective, including drinks equipment setup
- Track and analyse logistics costs and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards

- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to manage end-to-end processes independently
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination within a multi-site environment
- Experience managing transportation, distribution, and warehouse operations, including inventory control and stock movements
- Demonstrable experience in asset and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and traceability
- Experience working with suppliers and service providers, including managing contracts, SLAs, and performance
- Experience sourcing and procuring equipment or operational goods, ideally within budget constraints
- Familiarity with managing equipment or asset estates, including maintenance, servicing, and lifecycle management
- Experience tracking and analysing logistics or operational KPIs to drive improvements
- Be prepared to travel to LGW at least once a week and hold a full UK driver’s license.

- This is role will be offered as a temporary contract, planned to end on 31st January 2027.

- This is a hybrid role. You’ll split your time between working from home and all our lounge sites when required. The balance will naturally flex based on business priorities and needs.
