The Role:
· Analyse in-season trading performance to identify opportunities, driving actionable recommendations to optimise sales, stock, and margin performance.
· Manage sales, stock, and OTB forecasts using merchandising systems and WSSI reporting.
· Create assortment and category plans with Product and Design teams.
· Manage markdown and promotional activity to support profitability and stock targets.
· Oversee stock levels, deliveries, and purchase orders to ensure product availability.
- Management of intake, deliveries and supporting the management of delivery schedule.
· Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders and warehouse teams.
· Develop and manage the Merchandising Assistant.
· Collaborate with different teams.
Skills and Experience:
· Experience managing an allocator or merchandising assistant
· Excel skills and knowledge of purchase order management systems
· Excellent communicator
· Strong numerical skills
· Highly organised
· Knowledge or appreciation of premium or luxury retail – desirable
· Problem solving skills
· Team player
