We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Shift Leader to join our dynamic front-of-house team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during busy shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently
- Handle customer queries or complaints with professionalism and care
- Assist in staff training, motivation, and performance monitoring
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the pub and restaurant
- Manage cash handling, till reconciliation, and basic administrative duties
- Ensure health & safety and licensing laws are adhered to
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality
- Confident, friendly, and approachable with great communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
- Flexible availability – weekend and evening work is essential
- Being able to drive would be advantageous as we are not well served by Public Transport
